District 11<\/strong>, a new project by the architectural studio HWKN<\/strong> and developers Al Marwan<\/strong>, brings a completely new paradigm of urban planning: a neighborhood that is shaped from the ground up using artificial intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Urbanism from the future<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Located in a strategic part of Sharjah, along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (311), District 11 is just five minutes from the airport and the university zone. The connections to Dubai are also excellent \u2013 Burj Khalifa is just a 25-minute drive away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what makes the project truly special is not the location, but the way it was planned<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does \u201cAI-planned\u201d mean?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Unlike the traditional approach, HWKN uses AI algorithms<\/strong> to generate potential urban solutions, which are then "manually" refined into feasible architectural models. The process includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Amenities: A neighborhood that lives 24\/7<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    On a surface of almost 3 million square feet<\/strong>, District 11 unites:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 11 buildings<\/strong> with more than 200 business premises<\/strong> (offices, coworking, retail),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • mosque<\/strong>, kindergartens, health and educational institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
