  Nautilus Villa is primarily conceived as fixed floating unit, permanently attached to a specific location – be it a pier, pontoon or offshore platform. The structure is designed with the aim of maximum stability, safety and durability, with systems that assume a permanent position in water.

  However, her the basic structure and buoyancy architecture allow for portability, provided that the appropriate conditions are met:

  • Specialized towing equipment (tractors or platforms)

  • Regulatory permits for moving floating objects in accordance with local maritime laws

  • Logistical preparation (disconnecting connections, preparing connections, securing during towing)

  So, although it is not designed as a self-propelled vessel, Nautilus Villa can be relocate with professional support, thus retaining an element of long-term flexibility. In this sense, it represents a new type of hybrid housing – stable like a house, but with the potential to move when and where it makes sense.
