Maintenance Nautilus Villas is comparable to maintaining a luxury yacht, but with certain advantages due to the choice of materials. The STIROTON system uses materials with high resistance to corrosion and moisture, including composites and special coatings that protect the structure from salt water and UV rays.
Since the basic elements of a villa are monolithic and without classic joints, the possibility of water penetration or degradation of the compounds is reduced. Also, no metal parts subject to rust within the STIROTON structure, which further reduces the need for frequent interventions.
In practice, with minimal annual maintenance – including inspection, washing and restoration of protective layers – the villa can retain full functionality and aesthetic value for decades.
