Stability Nautilus Villas on the water is achieved by a precise engineering approach that combines hydrostatic principles, ballast systems and geometric optimization the structure itself. A key element in that process is floating platform specially designed to ensure a balance between buoyancy and the weight of the object.
The basis is made up of monolithic curved base, whose shape can be shaped STIROTON technology, thanks to its high structural strength and controlled weight. Such a base allows wide surface area in contact with water, which reduces vertical movements (swaying) and increases lateral stability.
Additional security is provided by ballast system - located inside the lower parts of the platform - which lowers the object's center of gravity and passively stabilizes the entire structure. This makes it possible quiet behavior of the forks even with small waves or changes in weight load.
In synergy with the properly arranged infrastructure and furniture within the villa, the overall system is designed to the villa behaves stably and predictably, without the need for active tilt correction – which ensures high comfort of stay and long-term security.
